01 - 4 slices whole wheat or white bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 1 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
02 - Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. These buttered sides will face outward.
03 - Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, on a clean surface. On each, layer one slice cheddar cheese, an even layer of apple slices, two slices turkey bacon, and another slice cheddar cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
