Apple Caramel Bombs Easy (Print-Friendly Version)

Soft biscuit balls filled with caramel apples and cinnamon, finished golden and warm.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 8 soft caramel candies
03 - 2 medium apples, finely chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Butter

07 - 1 tablespoon butter for cooking
08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped apples, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and begin to caramelize. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Separate biscuit dough into individual rounds. Flatten each round gently using your fingers or the back of a spoon.
04 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of apple filling into the center of each dough round. Place 1 caramel candy on top of the filling.
05 - Carefully gather the dough around the filling and caramel, pinching the edges firmly to seal and form a ball.
06 - Position the filled dough balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
07 - Brush the tops of each dough ball with the melted butter.
08 - Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and dough is fully cooked.
09 - Optional: Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired. Serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best results, allow the apple filling to cool before assembling to prevent the dough from becoming soggy.
