02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
03 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
07 - 6–8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Mix the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
03 - Brush or spray the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture, reserving half for topping.
04 - Spread pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla, then top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mixture on top.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place one tortilla pizza into the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
06 - Let the cooked pizza sit in the air fryer basket for 2-3 minutes to crisp further, then carefully remove it using a spatula.
07 - Repeat the cooking process with the second pizza.
08 - Cut the cooked pizzas into triangles and serve.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Almond flour or regular flour tortillas work best, but any type of tortilla can be used.
02 - You may substitute pizza sauce with pesto, alfredo, or BBQ sauce.
03 - Any cheese can be used as a topping for this recipe.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until golden and the cheese is melted.
