Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
02 - Spread an even layer of the garlic butter mixture over one side of each tortilla.
03 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered side of the tortillas.
04 - Carefully fold the tortillas in half to create half-moons or keep them flat, based on your preference.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Place the prepared tortillas in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Air fry the tortillas for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the tortillas are golden and crispy. You may need to cook in batches.
07 - Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before cutting into wedges and serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Adjust the amount of garlic depending on your preference for garlic flavor.
02 - You can experiment with different types of cheese, such as cheddar or pepper jack, for added flavor.
03 - Serve with marinara sauce or salsa for dipping.
