Crunchy Shrimp with Garlic & Cheese (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Shrimp Prep

01 - 1 pound big shrimp, shells and veins removed
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Finishing Touches

07 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
09 - Lemon slices

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get your air fryer hot at 400°F (200°C) by running it empty for about 5 minutes.
02 - Grab a bowl and toss your cleaned shrimp with olive oil, chopped garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they're all covered evenly.
03 - Throw the shredded Parmesan over your shrimp and mix softly so they're all coated well.
04 - Spray a bit of cooking oil in the air fryer basket so nothing sticks.
05 - Lay the shrimp flat in one layer in the basket. Cook them for 6-8 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through. They should turn golden and be fully cooked.
06 - Take the shrimp out carefully and put them on a plate. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and add lemon slices on the side.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Always start with uncooked shrimp - already cooked ones won't turn out right.
02 - Feel free to add more or less garlic depending on what you like.
03 - These shrimp go great with some pasta or a green salad on the side.
04 - You can keep any extras in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 2 days. Warm them up in the air fryer for the best taste.
