01 -
Heat a big skillet over medium. Toss in the ground beef and mix in salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook it fully till the pink is totally gone. Set aside when done.
02 -
Stack all the tortillas in a pile on a microwave-safe plate. Cover them with a moist paper towel and microwave for about 20-25 seconds. This will make them easier to work with.
03 -
Take one tortilla and lay it flat. Spread a bit of mayo and ketchup on it. Lay 4 pickle slices, a cheese slice, and about ½ cup of the cooked beef in the middle.
04 -
Roll each one tightly like a burrito, folding in the edges as you go. Use some melted butter to brush over the wraps before cooking.
05 -
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Pop the wraps in and let them cook for about 5 minutes. They’ll turn golden and crispy. Add more butter if you want after cooking.
06 -
Let the wraps cool off for a couple of minutes. If you want, cut them in half and dig in!
