AIP Paleo Breakfast Pork Sausage (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground pork
02 - 1 tsp sea salt
03 - 2 tsp fresh sage, finely chopped
04 - 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (omit for AIP)
08 - Pinch of ground cloves
09 - 1 tbsp coconut oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine and mix together all ingredients, except coconut oil, in a bowl.
02 - Divide and form into 8 mini patties.
03 - Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
04 - Place the patties in the skillet and cook 5 minutes per side.
05 - Serve immediately.
