# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef or turkey, can substitute turkey or chicken for a lighter option
02 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped, about 60 g
03 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, about 120 g
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - ½ cup breadcrumbs, about 50 g
06 - 1 large egg
07 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated, about 30 g
08 - 1 teaspoon salt, about 5 g
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, about 2 g
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, about 2 g
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, for cooking

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick spray.

03 - Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced a little apart.
05 - Drizzle or brush the meatballs with olive oil for extra flavor and moisture.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (70°C).
07 - Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
