# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 1 ¼ pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - ¼ cup milk
03 - ¾ cup sour cream
04 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Coating

05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
07 - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
08 - ¾ teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
10 - ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper

→ Frying

12 - 3 cups vegetable oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken breast into a thin piece, then chop it into cubes. Set aside.
02 - Whisk the milk and sour cream together in a bowl.
03 - Add the chicken and salt to the milk mixture, then mix well to coat. Set aside to marinate.
04 - Combine flour, panko, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in a bowl. Whisk to mix thoroughly.
05 - Dust each chicken cube in the panko mixture until well coated, then set aside.
06 - Add enough vegetable oil to a pot to fully submerge the chicken pieces and heat over high heat until boiling hot.
07 - Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and fully cooked.
08 - Remove fried chicken pieces from the oil and set on a rack to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dips.
