Healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded (about 3 cups)
02 - 1/2 cup lite caesar salad dressing (120g), store-bought or homemade
03 - 1/2 cup salad croutons, cut in half (28g)
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
05 - 1 Tbsp lemon juice
06 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Wrap Ingredients

08 - 4 pieces green lettuce or romaine lettuce
09 - 4 spinach tortillas (Mission carb balance spinach recommended)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and place a lettuce leaf on top, covering the tortilla. Scoop 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the center of the lettuce. Fold the tortilla lengthwise over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll to form a secure wrap. Repeat for all wraps.
03 - Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for meal prep.
