Chicken Bell Pepper Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Core Components

01 - 2 tbsp cooking oil
02 - 1 lb chicken strips, skinless and boneless
03 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
04 - 1 tsp powdered onion
05 - 1 tsp paprika with smoky flavor
06 - 1/2 tsp powder from chilis
07 - Pepper and salt as needed
08 - 1 big red pepper, cut into strips
09 - 1 big yellow pepper, cut into strips
10 - 1/2 cup creamy ranch sauce
11 - 1 cup cheese (cheddar type, shredded)
12 - 1 cup rice (already cooked)
13 - 4 big soft tortillas
14 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh green cilantro

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pour cooking oil into a big pan and warm it up on medium-high. Toss in your chicken strips with powdered garlic, powdered onion, smoky paprika, chili powder, plus some salt and pepper. Cook everything for about 6-8 mins until your chicken turns golden and isn't pink inside. Take it out and put it aside for now.
02 - Using that same pan, throw in your yellow and red pepper strips. Let them cook about 4-5 mins till they get soft but still have a bit of crunch to them. Turn off the heat when done.
03 - Get your tortillas nice and warm in the microwave or a pan so they'll bend easily. Lay them flat and spread a couple spoonfuls of ranch down the middle of each one. Add some rice, then peppers, followed by chicken, and finally top with a good handful of shredded cheddar.
04 - Grab the sides of each tortilla and fold them in, then roll from the bottom up to make a tight package. Place them with the seam facing down so they don't unroll.
05 - Want your burritos a bit crunchier? Heat up a clean pan on medium and put your wrapped burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 1-2 mins on each side till they turn golden and crispy.
06 - You can cut your burritos in half if you want, and sprinkle some fresh cilantro on top. Serve them with extra ranch, salsa, or guac for dipping. Dig in!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Making your tortillas warm first helps them bend without breaking when you're filling them.
02 - Giving burritos a quick toast makes them crunchy and even tastier.
