Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 8 oz linguine pasta
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
05 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice and spices.
04 - Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing well to coat in the sauce. If needed, use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
05 - Nestle sliced chicken on top of the pasta mixture. Serve warm and enjoy!
